The office project, which is situated at the intersection of SWFirst Avenue and SW Sheridan Street, includes a 117,614-sf parkinggarage and occupies a site of 2.2 acres. ADP Plaza is located indowntown Portland at the intersection of SW First Avenue and SWSheridan Street.

Senior vice president Peter Mette of KBS Capital Advisors, whichis the adviser for KBS REIT, says that the new owner bought theproperty for its "prime location in Downtown Portland, access totransportation and strong tenancy." Automatic Data Processingoccupies 115,180 sf of the project, which was built in 1981 and is91.1% by ADP and the other tenant, Oregon Health and ScienceUniversity. The university occupies 48,506 sf.

ADP Plaza is located on the southwest periphery of DowntownPortland, just to the west of the southern junction of Highway 26and Interstates 5 and 405. The location offers access to multiplecity parks and Portland's central business district, bus services,MAX light rail system and freeways.
