The conference center consists of 233 guest rooms, 54,000 sf of meeting space including 64 meeting rooms, a 150-seat auditorium and an 80-seat and 45-seat amphitheatre. Montvale, NJ-based Dolce International will manage the property.

"Conference centers continue to be in strong demand among investors," says Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels executive vice president Alan Tantleff, who represented Pitney Bowes. "Hotel investors continue to see an increasing value in having dedicated meeting facilities and value the benefits of the CMP model. Investment in the property presented an opportunity to take part in that growth and revenue stream."

Located on 38 wooded acres, the property was extensively renovated recently. It is located near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, which is one of the world's busiest with more than 1,500 flights to more than 250 domestic and international cities.

Home to the headquarters of 27 Fortune 1000 companies, Atlanta is considered to be the financial, cultural and educational capital of the Southeast. "Several significant value enhancement opportunities exist that can further improve the profitability of the property," says Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels managing director Al Calhoun.
