Trade Up 1031 is a financial advisory that deals only incommercial real estate investments and specializes in like-kindexchanges that allow its clients to reinvest their gains from areal estate sale into fractional shares of other income-producingproperties and defer capital gains. They are primarilytenant-in-common investments.
