PM will now handle leasing duties for One Capital City Plaza,410,128-sf building at 3350 Peachtree Rd. in Atlanta; Waterstone, a93,796-sf building at 4751 Best Rd. in College Park; Lakewood II, a119,150-sf building at 2233 Lake Park Drive in Smyrna; Meridian, a100,762-sf building at 1995 North Park Place in Atlanta; FallsPointe, a 106,678-sf building at 600 Morgan Falls Rd. in theCentral Perimeter submarket and Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, a370,973-sf building at 5775 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. in the CentralPerimeter submarket.

The company previously handled leasing for the Overlook II, 100Ashford Center North and Peachtree Ridge office properties."Parkway Properties wanted one company to handle all of theirproperties so they could be branded and marketed in the same way,"says PMRG senior vice president and director of the Atlanta regionBill Weghorst.

Weghorst adds that each property will have a unique marketingplan, because each has unique characteristics, such as thesubmarket where it is located, age and quality of the building. OneCapital City Plaza is located in the Buckhead section of Atlantaand is located adjacent to the Buckhead Marta station. PMRG seniorvice president Chip Roach will handle leasing. Waterstone islocated in the Airport submarket and shares a business center witha Marriott Hotel. PMRG senior vice president Dean Giordano willhandle the assignment. Built in 1986, Lakewood II has five storiesconnected to a three-level parking garage. Weghorst will handle theleasing. Built in 1985, Meridian is located in the Northwestsubmarket and is located near two regional shopping malls. Weghorstwill handle the assignment.

Falls Pointe is currently 100% occupied to RSBLynk, whichrecently announced its plans to relocate to North Fulton in 2009.Giordano and Weghorst will handle the leasing. The pair will alsohandle leasing for Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, which is adjacentto the Northside Marta station and Medical Center.
