PERTH AMBOY, NJ-US Foodservice has leased 452,000 sf at the newAmboy Corporate Center located here. The 64-acre, 1.1-million-sfwarehouse and distribution facility is being developed byRutherford-based Morris Cos. Financial details of the transactionwere not disclosed.
US Foodservice's lease is in the center's first building, whichfeatures more than 600,000 sf of space. A second building of517,000 sf is also available for lease.
