According to Wadsworth, CHCS has assembled detailed statisticson all of the medical office properties in Orange County.Wadsworth, who began working in the medical office sector of realestate in 2001, has since built a team that servesthe specificneeds of including developers and owners, local doctors, regionalhospitals and national healthcare systems that are involved withmedical real estate.
