Eatery Leases 7,500 SF at Courtyard

MONTVALE, NJ-South City Prime will open in Q1 2008 at Innkeepers USA's new 184-room Courtyard by Marriott property.

South City Prime was represented in the transaction by Perry GraBois of Fameco Real Estate, based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The owner of the new hotel, Innkeepers USA of Palm Beach, FL, was represented by Jay Miller of RAS Brokerage, also based in Plymouth Meeting. Terms of the deal were not released.

Located at 100 Chestnut Ridge Rd. in this Bergen County community, the new Courtyard consists of 184 guest rooms and suites on three floors. The property also has 5,000 sf of meeting room space.
