A company spokesperson says that the firm will keep itscorporate headquarters at 55 West Red Oak Ln. IVI, which providesconstruction consulting, owner representation and environmentalconsulting services on behalf of owners, equity investors andlending institutions, owns the 55 West Red Oak Ln. building. Thefirm's headquarters operations are housed in more than 10,000 sfthere.

Budd Wiesenberg, VP, and William Cuddy, EVP, of CB Richard Ellisrepresented IVI International in the transaction. Joe Caruso, SVPof RexCorp Realty, represented the ownership.

Carl De Stefanis, president of IVI International says in astatement that "this additional space will fulfill our short-termrequirements for our expanding construction cost segregation andworkout services." The transaction brings IVI's presence inWestchester to approximately 24,000 sf. IVI was founded in 1973 inWestchester County and has operated out of offices in White Plainsfor more than 20 years. The company is expected to take occupancyof its space at 106 Corporate Park Dr. during the first quarter of2008. The firm also has regional offices in: Los Angeles; Miami;Bethesda, MD; Dallas; Las Vegas; and Chicago.
