A company spokesperson says that the firm will keep its corporate headquarters at 55 West Red Oak Ln. IVI, which provides construction consulting, owner representation and environmental consulting services on behalf of owners, equity investors and lending institutions, owns the 55 West Red Oak Ln. building. The firm's headquarters operations are housed in more than 10,000 sf there.
Budd Wiesenberg, VP, and William Cuddy, EVP, of CB Richard Ellis represented IVI International in the transaction. Joe Caruso, SVP of RexCorp Realty, represented the ownership.
Carl De Stefanis, president of IVI International says in a statement that "this additional space will fulfill our short-term requirements for our expanding construction cost segregation and workout services." The transaction brings IVI's presence in Westchester to approximately 24,000 sf. IVI was founded in 1973 in Westchester County and has operated out of offices in White Plains for more than 20 years. The company is expected to take occupancy of its space at 106 Corporate Park Dr. during the first quarter of 2008. The firm also has regional offices in: Los Angeles; Miami; Bethesda, MD; Dallas; Las Vegas; and Chicago.
