MCDONOUGH, GA-Medical and consumer products companyKimberly-Clark has expanded its space at the SouthPort LogisticsCenter at 340 Westridge Parkway by 339,300 sf. The expansionfollows the 1.3-million-sf lease the company signed last year atSouthPort, which is being developed by Atlanta-based OakmontIndustrial Group.
With the expansion, the company will occupy a total of 1.638million sf. The company will take occupancy of the space in thesecond quarter 2008, when the building is completed.
