Melford Plaza II is next to Melford Plaza I, which is nowsubstantially leased by ITT Corp., and Lennar Corp. Local andregional tenants round out the tenant roster. The sister buildingnow under construction will feature a white brick and blue ribbonglass exterior and 38,000-sf floor plates.
