LAS VEGAS-Panattoni has landed a tenant for a 100,000-sf warehouse on which it is nearing completion in the Civic Center Corporate Park in North Las Vegas. CertainTeed Gypsum Finishing Products inked a multi-year lease valued at nearly $7.8 million, according to Panattoni.
Civic Center Corporate Park is located on the southeast corner of Civic Center Drive and Alexander Road. CertainTeed's building is the largest of three buildings planned for the site. Donna Alderson, Greg Tassi and JJ Peck of CB Richard Ellis are the project's listing agents.
CertainTeed Gypsum Finishing Products is a national manufacturer of building materials. Headquartered in Valley Forge, PA, the company has approximately 9,000 employees and 70 manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.
CertainTeed's new building is slated for completion any day now. The company was represented in its lease negotiation by Patti Dillon and Dan Doherty of Colliers International.
