The new space consists of 33,000 sf of offices, with theremaining 53,000 sf serving as the regional sales and warehousefacility. ADCE, which provides the connections for wireline,wireless, cable, broadcast and enterprise networks, is thebuilding's sole tenant.


ADC was represented by Atlanta-based Carter senior associateBill Doran and Bloomington, MN-based United Properties. "ADC neededto expand but wanted to remain in the sale area," Doran "They wanted to be as close to their old building aspossible. With such a limited geographic area, there weren't toomany choices of locations."


The building where ADC is relocating is one of two developed byAtlanta-based Taylor & Mathis within its 230-acre ChastainMeadows business park in the Kennesaw/Town Center submarket ofNorthwest Atlanta. Building 100 has 86,086 sf and Building 200 has83,894 sf of business/light-industrial and distribution space. Bothbuildings have rear loading space and dock doors with up to threeper bay, 24-ft ceiling height and 200-ft truck courts. They arelocated on the southwest side of Chastain Meadows, which is lessthan one mile from the full-diamond interchanges at Interstate575/Chastain Road and Interstate 575/Barrett Parkway.
