David Stein, managing principal with Steinco Corporate RealEstate Advisors in Chicago, says the private equity trading firmhas been a tenant in the 21-story tower five years. DRW wasrepresented in the lease transaction by Steinco. Mark Gunderson,with Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the two-monthowner,Dallas-based Behringer Harvard. The tower was part of afour-building, 3.2-million-sfportfolio that traded for $832.5 million.

The 10 S. Riverside Plaza is now 90% leased. Major tenantsinclude accounting firm Blackman Kallick, which expanded thissummer by 13,495 sf to about 70,000 sf, as well as Earth Tech andZurich NA Insurance. The asking lease rate for the building is $20per sf to $23 per sf net.
