The campus sits adjacent to the Great Mall of the Bay Areabetween I-880 and I-680. The building addresses are 637, 677, 727,777, 847, 927, 1007, 1077 and 1177 Gibraltar Dr. Flextronics signeda 10-year lease, according to Westcore.
Westcore did not reveal the sale price or negotiated lease rateand Flextronics has not responded to requests for comment or madeany filings with the SEC regarding the deal. The company isscheduled to file its third quarter report at the end of themonth.
Dan Hollingsworth of CPS/CORFAC International, who brokered bothsides of the transaction, also could not be reached for comment.Neil Johnson, director of acquisitions for Westcore Properties inNorthern California, says in a prepared statement that Flextronics'long-term lease and strong credit "make this an attractiveinvestment."
