DOWNINGTOWN, PA-Sunbelt Rentals, a Charlotte, NC-based equipmentrental company, has signed a lease for all 13,550 sf of theindustrial building at 401 Boot Rd. The term is for 10 years, andthe agreement includes two five-year renewal options.
The aggregate value of the transaction is in excess of $2million, according to Steve Italiano and Vince Ranalli in the Wayneoffice of CB Richard Ellis. They represented Sunbelt. The buildingowner, identified as Mister Me LP, stood for itself.
