Kimia Shadrokh, associate director at Moinian Group, tellsGlobeSt.com that Verizon came to the property in June 1994.Acquired by the Moinian Group in 1995, 90 John St. offers 24/7access, onsite management, an in-house parking garage and access toall public transportation. Shadrokh says that 90 John St. isapproximately 95% leased at this point.
"The upgrades to the building and the prebuilt program have madethis building desirable for smaller tenants," Shadrokh says. "Wehave a diversified tenant roster." Other tenants in the 29-storyproperty include Food Bank of New York, Merritt & Harris andGold's Gym.
