Five Sentry Parkway is a two-building office complex with anaggregate of approximately 130,000 sf. Merck & Co. Inc., theWhitehouse Station, NJ-based global pharmaceutical company,recently exited considerable space in the larger East building,which is historically well leased. The Selas agreement helps fillthat gap. On condition of anonymity, a suburban office broker tellsGlobeSt.com, the building is now approximately half full.

It was completed in 1983 and fully renovated in 2007. JakeFruncillo, director of leasing for Mack-Cali, represented the ownerin the transaction. Fruncillo tells GlobeSt.com the asking rentrate ranges from $21.50 per sf to $23.50 per sf.

Shelley Wolf-Harris of Wayne-based GVA Smith Mack & Co.represented Selas in the renewal and expansion. Selas is asubsidiary of Germany's Linde AG, a maker of combustion andemission control systems.
