Boland describes the project location as "two blocks from everything--the courthouse, the financial district, the bay and Santa Fe Depot--where Little Italy meets Downtown." Buyers of the condos have included attorneys, Internet firms and software engineering companies, he says.

The 13 remaining for-sale units range from 1,188 sf to 8,232 sf, with one full-floor space available. The building features a restaurant, named Anthology, Fine-Tuned Music and Cuisine.

Developer Berkson owns and manages commercial, industrial and residential properties valued at more than $125 million. Founded in 1997 by Howard Berkson, the firm acts as managing member, general partner and developer to a number of real estate partnerships.
