Mary Jo Eaton, managing director of the CBRE's Mid-AtlanticAsset Services Group, tells GlobeSt.com that CBRE will be bringingits "At Your Service" concierge service to the Rockrose portfolioto help retain tenants and otherwise bring the buildings' up toclass A service levels. "It helps the buildings become stickier,"she says. For the Patriot portfolio, which is slated for a massiveredevelopment, she says, "our project management department isworking closely with client on that redevelopment."

The Rockrose portfolio consists of 901 F St., 2029 K St., 2021 KSt., 1620 Eye St., 1156 15th St., and 1101 15th St. The PatriotEquities portfolio consists of two historic multi-storywarehouse/office buildings as well as four single-story warehousebuildings on a 15-acre site.
