Meadow Wood is a 334-unit apartment complex, sold for $26.6million or $79,640 per unit. The new owner is Meadow WoodAssociates LLC, which is an investment group out of Portland thatincludes Mike McKenna. The seller was Vancouver-based OrchardsRetirement LLC, a group of family members who decided it was a goodtime to sell, according to HFO.
Prairie View, a 284-unit complex, sold for $26.7 million or$94,014 per unit. The new owner is Vancouver Prairie View LLC, anentity of a Seattle-based investment group that includes RussellHirsch, according to the Secretary of State's office. The complexwill be renovated and converted to federally subsidized low-incomehousing later this year.
