SHI was represented in the transaction by SVP Steven Fleming, VPShawn Straka and associate John Buckley of the Murray Hill officeof the Staubach Co. The buyer was represented in-house, and thesale price was not disclosed.

"We're pleased to have completed this sale for SHI, whichcoincided with the company's move to its new corporate headquartersin a major expansion," Fleming says. "The company is now located at33 Knightsbridge Rd. in Piscataway, a transaction in which we alsorepresented SHI."

As reported by GlobeSt.com, SHIbought the Piscataway facility a year ago from BET Investments foran undisclosed price. That number was later revealed to be $12.3million. The company completed its move across the Raritan Riverthis past December, now occupying 105,000 sf of the 153,000-sfbuilding, with existing tenant EasyLink continuing to occupy muchof the rest of the space.
