Taurus Southern Investments managing partner Jeff McFadden tellsGlobeSt.com that the building, which is expected to be completed inJuly, is being built on spec. Leasing efforts have just started forthe project, but no deals have yet been signed. The companyanticipates beginning construction on the second DiscoveryTechCenter II building sometime after leasing has been completed onthe first one.

"We anticipate the building will attract the typical tenants inthe other buildings in the Central Florida Research Park, such asdefense- or university-related tenants," McFadden says.
