The property is currently 90% occupied now, in part due to acapital improvement program launched by the owner--an entity ofKalmon Dolgin Affiliates--when it acquired the 425,000-sf buildingin January 2007. Recent tenants include AHP Settlement Trust, whichsigned new 10,000-sf lease on the second floor of the Greenhouseentrance of the complex; Synergy Medical Education Alliance, whichinked a new 7,000-sf lease at "the mansion," the stand-aloneproperty at Spring Mill Corporate Center.

The four-story building, Spring Mill Corporate Center has a100-seat restaurant, a 17,000-sf on-site fitness center, conferencecenter for tenant use and parking. Situated on 50 acres inWhitemarsh Township, the property dates back to the 1700's and wasthe site of Philadelphia's first vineyard. The mansion--whichSynergy is using as its headquarters--has its own separatehistorical pedigree: it was originally constructed as a safe havenfor King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette of France during the FrenchRevolution.
