The new space will provide Kor with a platform to "expand andpromote our portfolio internationally," says Brad Korzen, CEO andfounder of the Kor Group. He notes that the location also providesaccess to all of Los Angeles for Kor, which already has a presencein Downtown L.A. at its Eastern Columbia, Barker Block and Pegasusprojects.

The 1212 S. Flower St. building, between West 12th Street andPico Boulevard, directly across fromthe Staples Center and the LosAngeles Convention Center, houses the Kor Group as well as its KorHotel Group and Kor Realty Group. Kor's central reservations officewill be located at the new headquarters, as well.

KOR acquired the 60,000-sf 1212 S. Flower St. building last yearfrom 1800 Wilshire Properties. As GlobeSt.com reported at the timethe acquisition of the Flower Street office building expanded a KORGroup portfolio that includes apartments and condominiums, hotelsand other properties that the company has both acquired anddeveloped throughout the US and well as in other countries.
