Paulette Toumazos of DAUM, who is handling leasing for the project along with Jennifer Donaldson of DAUM, says that the developer is targeting the high demand for quality medical space in the area. The medical center is being designed with flexible floor plans to accommodate specialty uses such as surgical, dialysis and MRI facilities as well as meeting the needs of individual medical practices, Toumazos says.
Village Medical Center will feature three floors of space, with 6,358 rentable sf on the ground floor and 12,207 rentable sf on each the upper two floors. The project will feature a lobby-adjacent Zen garden and high-end interior finishes. Toumazos notes that the location offers easy access to the 101, 405 and 170 freeways and is within eight miles of the area's five major regional hospital campuses.
