Eastman Kodak renewed a 50,000-sf lease for five years for spacewithin 3003 Summit Blvd., which is now 94% occupied. The companyhas occupied the building for the past six years. CB Richard Ellisbrokers Kerry Davidsen and Leigh Martin represented Eastman Kodak.John Heagy and Vikram Mehra, of Hines, represented thelandlord.

Accounting firm the Reznick Group expanded its space within 2002Summit Blvd. by 25,000 sf for four years. The company now occupies90,000 sf on four floors within the building, which is 60%occupied. Jimmy Sanders and Mitch Kahlert, of ICON Commercial,represented Reznick. Heagy and Mehra represented PerimeterSummit.
