According to Bryant, the bank's teams have been operating inroughly 8,000 sf at its main location, a 24,000-sf building at 3737Loop 820. He says the bank's growth in the past year and its futureplans required considerably more space for the operating arms. Hesays he heard the top floor was about to be vacated at OvertonCentre and immediately called John Grace of GVA Cawley RealtyServices in Dallas, the leasing affiliate for owner Wilcox CapitalPartners.

"That location made it for the size of the floor plates alongwith the ease of access for existing employees," Bryant says.Finish-out is under way.
