"We're excited," DTZ FHO Partners principal J. Duncan Grattonsays of his firm securing the listing at the 58-acre four-buildingcomplex that overlooks the Cambridge Reservoir. A member of theAsset Advisory Group that will oversee the Bay Colony assignment,Gratton terms it "the pre-eminent suburban office park" in NewEngland. The AAG was formed last autumn to respond to the uniqueneeds of commercial real estate landlords, and is already workingfor the owners of such prime properties as 28 State St. and 116Huntington Ave. in Boston and One Kendall Sq. in Cambridge.

"We're thrilled by the response," Gratton says of the AAG, whichhe heads along with principal Glenn Verrette. The Bay Colonyleasing team includes principal Richard Fahey and VP Kim Roop. DTZFHO will take over effective on Monday, according to Broadway.Managing director Greg Green cites the "experience and expertise"of DTZ FHO as factors in the firm's decision. "We look forward totheir implementation of a marketing program that effectivelyconveys the benefits that Bay Colony has to offer," says Green.

According to Gratton, the attractions of the property areextensive, including Broadway's upkeep of the sprawling hilltopdevelopment, as well as picturesque views of the countrysidedespite close proximity to Route 128 and the MassachusettsTurnpike. There are also various amenities on-site, including aconference center, day care, fitness facility, restaurant andstructured parking. "We are honored to have been selected for thisprestigious assignment and we look forward to working with theBroadway team," Gratton says.
