Torgeson Associates serves all segments of the commercial market, including all property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily, mixed-used and hospitality) and all disciplines: investment advisory, development, brokerage, mortgage banking, REITs, operations and construction. Torgeson says that his firm can conduct searches on a national basis but is particularly interested in serving clients that are based in or do business in Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, Denver and Houston.
Torgeson starts with a client list that includes CB Richard Ellis Investors, Maguire Properties, Colliers International and the Clarett Group. In addition to his posts at CBRE, Torgeson also served as senior vice president and national sales manager for PropertyFirst.com (now LoopNet, Inc.).
