Corn, who joins JLL as an executive vice president, will work with Kevin Roy and Drew Auker-Lincourt in launching the healthcare capital markets unit, with all three based in JLL's San Diego office. Roy and Auker-Lincourt have joined the team as associate and analyst, respectively. The healthcare team will partner with Kenneth Rudy, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle's Corporate Capital Markets Group and Don Hamilton, managing director of JLL's National Healthcare Practice.
Earl Webb, CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group, points out that real estate represents almost 60% of the assets and operational expenses of the average healthcare provider. He notes that Corn has worked with major hospital systems around the country in analyzing their portfolios to maximize value.
