The office tower is the first phase of development withinSunroad Enterprises' master-planned Sunroad Centrum community. Inits entirety, Sunroad Centrum will include one million sf of classA office space, more than 1,000 residential units and a two-acrepark.
Richard Vann, executive vice president with Sunroad Enterprises,says that the developer sought to create "a building that wouldcombine sustainable design, minimize impact on the environment andimprove cost efficiency for our tenants." The new tower is locatedmidway between Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and Balboa Avenue, closeto the 163, 805, 15 and 52 freeways.
