Active area player Biltmore Holdings LLC acquired the portfolio from DMC Investment Group with help from SVPs Robert F. Buckley, Tracy J. Cartledge and Steven K. Lindley with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC's Phoenix office. Representatives from DMC and Biltmore could not be reached by press time.
In Tempe, assets in the portfolio were the three-building, flex-industrial Kyrene Commerce Center at 5861-5869 S. Kyrene Rd. in Tempe, the flex-office Tempe Commerce Center at 7420 S. Kyrene Rd., and the three-building flex-industrial Ocotillo Business Center at 7910-8060 S. Kyrene Rd. Also in the collection were the three-building, flex-industrial Chandler Tech Center at 7400-7408 W. Detroit St. and the single-tenant ADP Building at 7474 W. Chandler Blvd., both in Chandler.
