In Tempe, assets in the portfolio were the three-building,flex-industrial Kyrene Commerce Center at 5861-5869 S. Kyrene Rd.in Tempe, the flex-office Tempe Commerce Center at 7420 S. KyreneRd., and the three-building flex-industrial Ocotillo BusinessCenter at 7910-8060 S. Kyrene Rd. Also in the collection were thethree-building, flex-industrial Chandler Tech Center at 7400-7408W. Detroit St. and the single-tenant ADP Building at 7474 W.Chandler Blvd., both in Chandler.
