Dalmare Shopping Center has a regional catchment area of morethan 130,000 residents within 30 minutes drive and a directcatchment area of the 70,000 residents of Sibenik--a city inCentral Dalmatia on the Adriatic Sea--and its close surroundingswithin 15 minutes drive, and a direct bus connection to the centerof Sibenik. It is a located on a major thoroughfare, the mainSibenik-Split road, at the junction of the Zagreb-Dubrovnikhighway.

"New Yorker and Sephora are a couple of the big-name retailerswho will be leasing at the center," Peris tell GlobeSt.com "Ingeneral, however, the retailers who will be most attracted to thisopportunity will be middle rather than higher-end."
