Combined the firm now manages more than 583,000 sf of office forAbbey Road. The firm's management portfolio in theWestchester-Fairfield region totals approximately 2.7 million sf.Abbey Road Advisors purchased 400 and 465 Columbus Ave. in late2007 from Diamond Properties in a deal reported to be worthapproximately $50 million. In January, Abbey Road acquired 777Commerce Dr. and 1375 Kings Hwy. E. for $20.7 million fromCelestial Capital Corp.

Robert Hartt EVP for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.-ManagementServices, says, "we're delighted to expand our relationship withAbbey Road Advisors LLC. Abbey Road and Ashforth are very muchaligned with expectations and delivery of building services." CBRichard Ellis is the exclusive leasing agent for all five AbbeyRoad properties, Hartt adds. He says that a large elevator upgradeproject is planned at 20 S. Broadway in Yonkers, while a modestlobby renovation is contemplated at 1000 Bridgeport Ave. inShelton.

Shelton Place, which totals 134,000 sf, was built in 1986. Majortenants include First Connecticut Capital Corp., Group Technologyof Trumbull, Avalon Bay Communities, Hersam Press, TekSystems Inc.,Tighe & Bond Inc., Toyota Motor Credit Corp. and a People'sBank retail branch. The Rye Brook Plaza building totals 74,402 sfand was also built in 1986. The property is primarily a medicaloffice building although one of its major tenants is the New YorkState Department of Taxation. The 20 S. Broadway property is a135,000-sf office building. Its major tenants are: Bank of America,Westchester Department of Health, Westchester EducationalOpportunity Center and the Social Security Administration.
