JPMorgan Chase has 30-year leases for both buildings, which wereconstructed by Bradford on a build-to-suit basis, Giusti tellsGlobeSt.com. The Carpentersville building has 4,400 leaseable sf onone acre and the Northlake building has 3,850 leaseable sf on24,000 sf of land. The Carpentersville building was completed in2006 and the Northlake building was completed in 2007, he says. TomMay, with May Center Advisors, represented Bradford Real Estate inthe sales transaction.
