CHICAGO-Bradford White has joined the Habitat Co. LLC assenior vice president of acquisitions and development. Mostrecently in his 20-year career, he served as vice president ofRelated Midwest LLC, where he managed the development of suchproperties as Roosevelt Square on this city's Near West Side.

[IMGCAP(2)] AGOURA, CA-Work force and low-income housingdeveloper AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc. has opened up a newsatellite location in Orange County and added two new staff membersto its Fresno, CA office. Mario Turner will head up the new Irvineoffice, which will handle the locally based firm's activities inOrange and San Diego counties, including land acquisition,development and entitlement, project financing, tax creditapplications and owner representation during the constructionprocess. Meanwhile, Craig R. Smith and Janet Rodriguez have joinedthe Fresno location. As land development manager, Smith will helpin the due diligence of all the new acquisitions, oversee allentitlements for Central Valley projects and coordinate all designteam consultants. He was most recently project manager and directorof forward planning for John Laing Homes. Rodriguez will serve asdevelopment associate, working on due diligence, feasibilityanalysis, entitlement, design oversight and permitting forresidential projects throughout Central and Northern California.She previously worked for the city of Orange Cove, a suburb ofFresno.
