Reviva will use the space for third-party warehouse anddistribution of products for Hankook Tire, headquartered in Seoul.The company was attracted to the building because of the crossdocks, ceiling heights and an area to secure trailers, in additionto being within a mile of Interstate 88, says Tim Thompson, EVP anddirector of industrial brokerage at HSA Commercial Real Estate.Reviva moved into the building earlier this month, he says.

The 295,000-sf building is part of the two-building AuroraDistribution Center Phase Two. The building was constructed in2006. A 125,000-sf building at 1207 Bilter Rd., constructed in2007, is also part of the complex. The two-building complexcurrently has 137,000 sf available. Reviva is the only tenant at1203 Bilter Rd. Webb-Mason and Olympic Logistics lease space at1207 Bilter.
