HOUSTON-Wells Fargo & Co. has opened up a new officehere and tapped Tony Talamas as a mortgage originator. He willfocus on originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programsthroughout Texas and the surrounding states on behalf of the WellsFargo Multifamily Capital division. Talamas joins the firm fromWashington Mutual's multifamily lending group, where he was asenior loan consultant.
