The company took the balance of the lease term of BroderBrothers. Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust recentlycompleted a 340,000-sf build-to-suit for Broder Brothers. BroderBrothers is a wholesale distributor of tees, sport shirts, fleeceand corporate apparel including jackets, sweaters and dress shirts.ROL Manufacturing produces automotive gaskets, industrial rings andseals as well as exhaust parts and accessories.

Locally based Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors WilliamBradford and Tom McFadden represented Liberty Property Trust in thetransaction. Mike Borling, of EastGroup, represented the landlordin the extension of ROL Manufacturing's lease for an additionalfive years. Michael Kara, of Kara Homes, represented ROLManufacturing in the lease transaction.

Bradford tells GlobeSt.com that the company will use the spaceto meet office and distribution needs and will move in mid-April.With the sublease, the building is 100% occupied. "The location wascentral to their core clients," Bradford says.
