Eppie has been responsible for leasing, joint ventures, sales ofbuildings, land sales and other dispositions of buildings in excessof 20 million sf. He has represented several corporations,including American International Group, Exxon Corp.,Sanofi-Aventis, Citigroup, Pfizer, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Marsh &McLennan, and J. Wiley & Sons, to name a few.

A CBRE source tells GlobeSt.com that Eppie will be working withclients in the New York tri-state region. He will be based in thefirm's Midtown Manhattan office.
