One of the properties is a redevelopment, the 77,600-sf MillsideII on Route 130 in Delran, NJ. Millside II sits opposite theexisting Millside Plaza, a strip mall anchored by Target, PetSmartand Office Depot.
The second Garden State property is Westmont Plaza, a 192,000-sfcenter at Cuthbert and MacArthur boulevards in Westmont, anchoredby SuperFresh. And the Pennsylvania property is the Giant-anchored,161,000-sf Pottstown Plaza on Route 100 in Pottstown.
For Paramount, all three properties are being handled by NicoleJohnson, the company's leasing director.
