MGM and Jordan-based Rubicon are exploring the addition of anumber of entertainment facilities to the projects Sorouh has underdevelopment. Among those developments is Shams Abu Dhabi, a54-million-sf island project currently under construction that willhouse 55,000 residents and will be made up of five tower-studdeddistricts.
Sorouh also has under development the 32.3-million-sf Alghadeer,between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which is planned for 18,000 residents,as well as the Golf Gardens resort in Abu Dhabi.
