The tenants and the space they are leasing include commercial lighting fixture specialist Sequoia Lighting, 18,529 sf in a relocation from La Habra, CA; apparel importer and exporter Prego Inc., 13,067 sf; local electrical contractor PTL Electric, 7,359 sf; Stoody Industrial and Welding Supplies, 6,279 sf and a machine shop operator Product System Engineering, 3,816 sf.

Brian Parno, vice president of Stirling Capital Investments, the master developer of Southern California Logistics Centre, notes that the majority of the new leases are with companies already in the High Desert region around Victorville. Global Access Business Centre features suites from 3,500 sf to more than 60,000 sf, with some including office space that is ready for occupancy.

The new space is being marketed by the CB Richard Ellis team of Jay Dick and Marc Santoro, along with Anita Tuckerman of Stirling. The new tenants join a number of major corporations already located at Southern California Logistics Centre and in the City of Victorville including Newell Rubbermaid, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, FedEx, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., M&M/Mars, ConAgra Foods and Nutro Products Inc.
