International digital office solutions company Ricoh LatinAmerica is relocating and expanding its Latin American headquartersfrom Doral to a 9,716-sf space in a $2.3 million deal. The companyis the sales and marketing unit of Ricoh Corp., a domesticsubsidiary of Ricoh Company Ltd., and provides office automationsolutions for South and Central America, Mexico and theCaribbean.

Miami Beach-based Terranova Corp. senior commercial associateGordon Messinger represented the landlord, a New York-based pensionfund advisor, in the transaction. Rashid Siahpoosh of Transwesternrepresented Ricoh Latin America.

Other deals at Weston Corporate Centre include Stress FreeCorporate Housing's signing of a 3,360-sf lease in a deal valued at$860,000. The corporate housing provider will relocate fromPembroke Pines. Community Capital Management signed a 4,017-sflease in a deal valued at $780,000 and Raymond James Financialrenewed its 6,771-sf lease in a deal valued at $1.7 million.Messinger also represented the landlord in these transactions.
