Metro Commercial reps both Cosi and Massage Envy in the regionalmarket. Altogether, Metro has arranged six lease transactionstotaling 29,000 sf for Cosi in New Jersey, Pennsylvania andDelaware, and almost 20,000 sf of leases for Massage Envy.
