A large printer and copier dealer in the DC area, Capitol Officewill be moving to 9065 Guilford Rd., a one-story flex building thatwill serve as the company's headquarters. The aggregate value ofthe deal is $8 million, according to Studley.

Capitol Office will be moving its headquarters from its currentlocation at 12301 Kiln St. in Beltsville, MD, as part of acorporate consolidation. Up until now it has been operating out ofoffices in both Prince George's and Howard counties in Maryland.However, it outgrew these spaces and decided to look for a morecentral location to service its Washington-Baltimore clientbase.

The site Studley eventually located for the company had beenvacated by a tenant, although it was still under lease, thusallowing the brokers to negotiate an "aggressive" deal for theclient, the firm reports. Move in is scheduled for Q1 2009.
