Bamonte and Sanchez will be part of Cushman & Wakefield'sClient Solutions practice. They will be responsible for themarketing and leasing of Airport Corporate Center, which is locatedin the Airport/West-Dade submarket and has more than one million sfof office, office/showroom and warehouse space. Officials from CBRichard Ellis did not comment on the move.
A spokesman for Cushman & Wakefield tells GlobeSt.com thatthe company recently secured the leasing assignment for AirportCorporate Center, which was previously handled by CB Richard Ellis.After the change, Bamonte and Sanchez joined Cushman &Wakefield.
