"These two new additions to Post bring a wealth of real estate construction and development experience, as well as strong local market knowledge and relationships within its primary markets of North Carolina," says Jeff Harris, Post Properties executive vice president and regional investment director for the company's Atlanta, Charlotte and Raleigh markets.

With 15 years of experience in the construction and development industry, Cameron was previously vice president of construction for Boulevard Construction Co., project manager with Shelco Inc. and held several positions with Pulte Home Corp., all located in Charlotte. Boulevard Construction Co. did not comment on the move.

McMillin will be responsible for all acquisition, disposition and development activities in North Carolina. Prior to joining the company, McMillin was most recently managing director for Trammell Crow Residential in Charlotte and also served as a development manager for Crosland's apartment division. Trammell Crow Residential did not comment on the move.

The company currently owns apartment complexes in Charlotte: the 319-unit Post Ballantyne, the 436-unit Post Gateway Place, the 402-unit Post Park at Phillips Place and the 227-unit Post Uptown Place.
