Both sides were represented in the transaction by VP JohnGreenberg and sales associate Don Baxter of the Kislak Co. Inc.,Woodbridge. On the legal end, the buyer was represented by StevenLea, the seller by Paul Stein.


"We were able to sell 24 50th St. quickly, and it represents anoutstanding investment opportunity," Baxter says. "The buyer, along-term client, is planning to conduct a capital improvementprogram to increase the long-term value of the property."


Located near this city's downtown, the building was fullyoccupied at the time of sale. Washington Mutual provided thefinancing, the details of which were not released.
