Sutton joins Hagner from the DC office of the Ezra Co., where hewas an SVP specializing in tenant representation and commercialsales. At Randall Hagner he will concentrate on commercial sales,leasing and tenant representation. Sutton tells GlobeSt.com that heis bringing with him several existing clients and has plans todevelop additional business through relationships in the DC area.Also, he adds, he will be guiding the efforts of novice brokersrecently hired to the firm.

Industries on which Sutton plans to concentrate includeassociations, government affairs and law firms. Maryland will be astrong focus, he says. "I live in Annapolis so that stretch betweenthe city and DC will be important to me." In February, RandallHagner appointed two brokers--Tom McHugh as SVP and A.J. Wood asVP--to build out its Northern Virginia portfolio. McHugh and Woodboth came to Hagner from the McLean office of CB Richard Ellis. JStreet Development acquired Randall Hagner, a residential andcommercial brokerage, mortgage lending and property managementcompany, a little over a year ago.
